Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy
we provide this notice explaining our practices regarding how your
information is used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it
available on our homepage and at every point where personally
identifiable information may be requested. Also, we put forth our
utmost effort to follow these policies and protect your private
information.

Different aspects of the SafeLive website and product lines may
request different types of information. For clarity, information

How We Use Information
Promotional and Sales Website
The information you provide when requesting product information,
placing an order, or other actions on our promotional website is
used only to complete that request or order and any subsequent
orders, if applicable.
We may use your information to keep you informed about new
product offerings or related marketing material unless requested
not to.
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to track
general usage statistics and better design our website.
Finally, we will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share your
information with a third party except to the extent necessary to
complete the operations previously described.
Secure Message Pickup Website
When you first come to the secure message pickup website, you
may be asked for your name and/or information to prove who you are
(the secret question or access code). This information is used only
to identify you from other users of the system and will not be used
for unrelated purposes.
The content of secure messages that you send or receive will
remain encrypted on our secure server when not in use. A secure
message will be decrypted only when an authorized user opens the
message. At no time will we decrypt the contents of your messages
in any other case unless required by law in response to a valid
order of a court of competent jurisdiction or authorized government
agency.
We will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with
a third party except to the extent necessary to complete the
operations previously described.
SafeLive Secure E-mail Client Software
When you first configure your SafeLive Secure E-mail account,
you may be asked to provide your e-mail address, a one-time
enrollment code, and your fingerprint biometric data. This
information is used only to identify you from other users of the
system. At no time will we use your fingerprint for any purpose
other than identifying you when using the SafeLive system.
The contents of secure messages that you send or receive will
not be stored on our secure server unless it has
“message pickup†recipients or has
one or more “large attachments.†A
message pickup user is a user that sends and receives secure
message via the secure message pickup website. A secure message
with “large attachments†is a
message that utilizes the large attachment feature by storing the
encrypted attachments on the secure server to be later downloaded
by the recipient(s) of the message.
If the message is stored on the secure server, it will remain
encrypted on our secure server when not in use. It will only be
decrypted when an authorized user opens the message. At no time
will we decrypt the contents of your messages in any other case
unless required by law in response to a valid order of a court of

Administrative Website
Your organization administrator uses the administrative website
to maintain and manage the users in your organization. He or she
may provide e-mail addresses, names, and other information such as
addresses, phone numbers, etc. for users of the SafeLive
system.
Please be aware that other SafeLive users may be able to view
the user information your organization administrator provided.
We will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with
a third party except to the extent necessary to complete the
operations previously described.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure to correct use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information we collect about you and your
associates.
In the unlikely event of a data leak or other intrusion, we will
promptly notify you if your data may have been compromised.
